Smh Zexion, Totsuka isn't chakra. The manga never ever stated or implied it to be, and in fact made it abundantly clear that it's not when it was used to seal Nagato, someone who can absorb chakra. If what you are saying was true, then Nagato would:
1. Get hit with Totsuka.
2. Absorb it.
3. Regenerate from the initial stab because he is Edo Tensei.
Totsuka blade cannot be absorbed. Unless you have scans telling me it's made of chakra, which it has to be in order to be absorbed, because Preta only absorbs chakra and nothing else.

It has no form, the user and holder of the spirit weapons obviously gives it form with their chakra, powerful chakra hence why its only on his V4 and above Susano's.

Nagato didn't absorb it because he didn't want to and it broke him off from the edo, was sealing him anyways, and he couldn't react because Kabuto is shit and Nagato was distracted.
