It's not like Madara absorbed the chakra at his own pace.. :| It was forced into his body. Nevertheless, probably because she ate the fruit and it altered her body to withstand it all as nothing else had chakra at that point so she held all of the chakra.

Kaguya Alien Madara Alien/Human Hybrid many generations removed from Kaguya. All 4 clans are many generation removed from Kaguya that in the case of the Senju and Uchiha you need to combine both DNA to handle the power and only need one Uzumaki to handle that same power. That tells you the Uzumaki DNA is much closer to Kaguya DNA.
