Kisame and Gai win high-diff.

Team 1 can take it if the play smart.
- Gai's full speed is more than enough to evade their techniques. Doesn't need to worry about the aftermath of his Gates when Samehada can heal him in this case.
- They need to hold up Susano'o for the whole fight or else they get this treatment
- Manda gets killed by Hirudora....Kisame creates clones as well. Unaffected by Genjutsu and can absorb Amaterasu with or without Samehada...They can also use subterranean voyage to attack from below while the team is focused on the above ones.
- Sasuke's highest level is V4 which he can't hold for long in this case...Any level below gets destroyed by Hiurodora. Itachi should be able to hold on a bit longer but Gai and Kisame can outlast him till he drops to a lower level which get destroyed.
- Tsyukomi which is the problem for Kisame can be countered via continuous chakra disruption through Samehada. Besides if Itachi is holding up V4 with Yata, I have major doubts that he's going to use this MS Genjutsu at the same time.
Not sure what else but it could go either way with Team 1 most likely taking it in my opinion. Don't know that the location really does though.

after being soaked in Kurama cloak nothing changed for Gai shark skin is not doing shit here for him and Kisame will need to worry about his own.This is only true if there in blitzing range which they won't need to be in also Gai linear ass fighting style is primed for amaterasu to roast his ass no need to use amaterasu when he can dodge as oppose to using it when he attacks. Also a Ribcage would only be needed which drains them far less then 7 gates drain gai which he have never shown to even hold longer than a single attack or 5 minutes max.
Manda full body was intact after C0 yet Hirudora kills it nope C0 would destroy a v4 susanoo and annihilate the user while Hirudora best feat is v3 susanoo level not comparable Manda coils it body tanks the attack and gai is left heavily drained and tired so he is then lunch meat. How can his clone absorb amaterasu without shark skin? only other absorption tech he has his GSB which clones cannot use so i don't know where you got the nonsense from.
Clones are 1 shotted with Susanoo arrows or Magatamas simple as that. Subterranean voyage is a joke considering Sasuke has many other fodder snake summonings he can use travel underground intercepting the water clones also what will the clones attack with the fist? they gets owned a susanoo punch kills them easy and considering the speed of the bros they're liable to get blitz up.
Implying the need v4 susanoo to fight gai lol implying the gates after uses hirudora or periode can be held up longer than a V4 susanoo is a joke they only need Susanoo when gai attacks simple as that Itachi was able to whip on Susanoo before Kirin hit him which is 1/1000 of a second meaning its near instant. Sasuke also has his hawk to steer clear if gai uses his turtle he gets whacked out the sky with a susanoo arrow or amaterasu Kirin kills 1 or both and the other gets jumped.
Since when can something continuously disrupt chakra? not even bijuu can do that gyuki which has specialized in breaking genjutsu took some time to break it from Itachi even after Naruto warned him that Itachi uses Genjutsu if that was tsukuyomi it would have been game simple as that. Only susanoo he needs is ribcage until gai runs up Manda helps them escape Waterdome if ever caught same with Sasuke's hawk.
