It sort of was because during that age was when most of their fights occurred in their life so that's when their skills were honed. You don't just get better by aging.

Sasuke was on a mission for ten years, he didnt just age.. Sasuke has a list of improvements in just a short 10 chapter manga and one movie.

Sasuke got used to his powers is pretty much all that happened.

And chakra growth improve sensing, one hand signs, streaming amaterasu and chidori through his sword,gotten physical stronger and the use of clones.. Not to mention the experience factor..

Okay, I'll give you Sasuke. How about Naruto? I didn't see the movies but in Gaiden, he went back to the scrub life when he became Hokage.

Not going to lie.. It's really hard to find improvements on Naruto, but you can't say he's gotten weaker.. He should be able to do everything now that he could do back then with the exception of whatever the Bijuu chakra did for him.. And he can always get that back.

i can't really point out any obvious holes when it comes to Sasuke's game other than his apparent lack of noticing the seal on Shin's hand, but Naruto was basically CE Arc Sakura with a demigod's power. There's no way the Gaiden versions of them would stand a better chance against Kaguya than their VotE 2 versions.

Vote 2 for me. They are fresh and into battle/battle ready where Adult Sasuke and Naruto not so. Plus Adult Naruto particularly doesnt have his VOTE 2 power anymore if we go with Gaiden story although he had experience

Considering their VOTE2 self for this thread is fresh and in battle ready mode compared to their adult self. Yes they had experience but look how long they left serious battle after VOTE2 and do you saw adult Naruto training anywhere so is adult Sasuke?

-Hitting just as hard as RSM Naruto.
-Running just as fast as RSM Naruto.
-Shunshin just as fast as RSM Naruto.
-Overall combat speed just as fast as RSM Naruto's.
