Think about almost every fight Sasuke has ever fought and won was because of his ability. I can see the skepticism in your eyes so I'll bring facts

Sasuke first fight vs Haku was a good example, that fight was complete one sided battle until the magical sharingan awaken . Sasuke had zero skill to handle haku because he never train for such an intense fight his reflexes were down and the speed was also lackluster fight number 2

2 oro vs sasuke this was Sasuke shining moment in the anime at this time but remember at this point in time Sasuke had no speed training. Wait what then how was he about to keep with oro sainne of all people easy sharingan next figth

Gaara vs sasuke

noone has an advantage or better "gift" over one another. let's not forget also they both were born with special chakra regardless their clan bloodlines or the bijuu's chakra.

Sasuke is more diverse and knowledgeable in ninjutsu, Sasuke has greater chakra control than Naruto and in the department of tactics they are about equal. Naruto is good at thinking on his feet while Sasuke is analytical. :|

You are correct. Just to help your cause. A skill is something you work for which is what Naruto does. An ability is something you possess thus don't need to work for. However both of them have high amounts of skill. What I don't agree with is your examples. Sasuke was young and fought Haku who mastered his Kekkei Genkai and Gaara who was controlled by his Jubi. It's a fact he only beat Oro because he was weak even Sasuke admitted that. His real accomplishments are after though. Danzo and the Kage summit.

Naruto has better chakra control or equal to. In the war Sasuke was impressed/jealous when he saw that. Remember Naruto had a hard time with that because of Kurama.
