The scan clearly showed sakura was healing. If the cloak can heal, sakura didn't need to do jack.

If Naruto healed Sasuke then why not heal Boruto's burnt arm?

I'm a Sasuke fan and at first i though Naruto healed Sasuke but then we see Naruto is surprised that Sasuke is standing so maybe Sasuke absorbed some of Naruto chakra with preta path?

If Sasuke got Hashirama cells from Kabuto then he could have healed due to the cells. We do see Kabuto pump something into Sasuke's body while mentioning Hashirama cells in the viz translation.

Also in the Gaiden when Sasuke is hit with multiple shuriken he seems fine so it looked like he may have healed or he stitched his wounds up off screen.
