Amaterasu countered by body shedding Etc.. Sasuke constantly try to keep maintaining Susanno up (it will come down each time oro gets him from underground)
Speed I'll give it to oro as wel in a sick body he was able to outpace 4tailed Naruto etc. close combat I wanna give to sauce but oro taught him everything he knows about kinjutsu but I'll give him advantage because of lighting mixed with it

Reaction speed goes to sauce was able to react to v2 ay

Chakra and stamina goes to oro

Think oro wins semi high diff summoning perfect form hydra mode r also factors not mentioning edo tensi which I assume is restricted

I did read the OP, OP.

-Susanoo arrows get tanked by Triple Rashomon gates.
-Amaterasu gets sheded off by body replacement technique.

The sheer volume of Orochimaru's summons means Sasuke has to waste Alot of chakra killing them off & using his Mangekyo for Offense & Defense. (MS techs being very chakra taxing)

Orochimaru can even outlast if he felt like it
TLDR; Orochimaru mid diffs

Edit: Wait... Why didn't you restrict Genjutsu: Sharingan?
If you did this would have been a fun match.

Parasite clones with Mayfly + Kusanagi snipe will force Sasuke to maintain his Susano'o all the time.
Susano'o arrows are laughed at. Amaterasu gets removed with Oro's Body Replacement or Body-Clone Swap. Genjutsu is walked out of.
Even if Sasuke manages to set up Kirin, Orochimaru can tank it with 8branches like np.

With every second Sasuke will be weaker and weaker, thanks to MS overuse. Orochimaru either catches him off-guard with clone/snake swarm and sneak attacks or simply outlasts him.
