kakashi then sees another pein body standing on the lake so he focuses his suiton chakra under the body and use the chakra to manipulate the water and have it travel in a circular motion clock wise creating a small whirlpool that drags down the pein body underwater kakashi then smirks and says i like this one its different and is specific to the suiton element hey Senpai any idea how many we have left til we reach b-rank not rushing or anything just asking

Then convert the chakra into flammable oil, not water, in mist form. Finally, disperse it, causing oil to fall like rain and cover the area below. Find a Pein or two to try it on. Burn them for their crimes against fashion!

Next, perform the Boar, Dog, and Ram handseals. Then simply produce a large amount of water from a certain area of the ground. You should then direct the flow of the water where you want it to go while controlling the extent at which the water spreads. Fill up this pool for me.

Kakashi performs the Ram, Snake, and Tiger handseals ,then releases his suiton chakra from all throughout his body into the sky above 2 pain bodies. kakashi then converts his chakra into flammable oil ,and spreads the molecules throughout the sky causing a thick black mist of flammable oil to appear. Kakashi then disperses the mist causing the flammable black oil to shower down like rain,after getting the bodies soaked in oil kakashi focuses katon chakra in his lounges ,and releases a flame from his mouth that when comes in contact with the oil sets the bodies on fire.

Kakashi being a master when it came to dogs simply pointed to a tree and the dog left without any resistance kakashi then preformed the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram and creates a large waterfall that fills the deep hole dug by the dog kakashi then looks at his senpai and says well this jutsu is great but not alone personally i would only use this in conjuction with another jutsu like a raiton tech to up the damage and send it as a wave at the opponent

kakashi then creates a clone made of water,and looks for the nearest pein towards him he finds one about 10 meters to his right.He has his water clone run up to the pein and then disperses the clone creating a puddle of water that he quickly uses shape manipulation to transform the water into four very sharp pointed projectiles that shoot and go through the body of the pein,kakashi seeing the pein scream in pain smirks and says this is a great just very deeptive whats next senpai

Afterwards gather water chakra in your hand and swing it towards your target, releasing the chakra as a crescent shaped blade of water slashing him. Find a Pein/punching bag to try it on.

The uppercut sent the Pein flying upwards. While the Pein was airborne, Yusei focused water chakra into his arm. After doing so, he waved his arm in a vertical swipe, releasing the chakra and creating a crescent blade of water the flew straight up towards the Pein.

Focusing his chakra, Yusei looked towards another Pein. When he was done focusing his water chakra, he released it. This created a pillar of water beneath the Pein. The pillar then rose up, lifting the Pein into the air. While in the air, Yusei would take the opportunity to strike by throwing a few kunais at it.

Seeing a Pein rush forward with a blade, Yusei quickly performed the last technique. Yusei made the Ram hand seal and focused his water chakra. He sent the chakra towards his right arm. He then took aim with his left hand held outward and his right hand pulled back in. With the Pein coming in close, Yusei pulled his left hand in quick and thrust his right arm forward, releasing a bullet of water directly at the Pein. The water bullet pushed the Pein backwards several feet, ruining his momentum and making it easy for Yusei to follow through with another attack.

First jutsu. You spew out some water and manipulate it into the form of a whip as you grab it. Then you lash out towards them with said whip, sending them flying backwards! Note, the B-rank version is way more versatile and way more useful, so I pretty much think this jutsu is garbage.

Second jutsu. You manipulate the water vapor in the air to form balls of suiton that are pretty small. Then you make them go after your opponent with good speed. You can also swing your hand down and it makes it significantly more bad ass.

Ok, if you do these two well, you will get three jutsu per. All you need to do is say if you like or dislike the jutsu, explain to me as to why that is, is it useful, and your thoughts of the jutsu.

So the Whip comes out of the users mouth?Well its not exactly a favorite of mine , but being cranked and only extending up to short range can make this a bit limited Imo. However It all depends in the scenario I can see myself using this if I were in short range , or low on chakra however honestly I don't see myself using it much.So ill take your advice and most likely use the higher ranked B version.

The user condenses water vapour in the air above them to generate multiple projectiles of water which are shot towards the opponent with the flick of a hand.I like this jutsu a lot.When I imagine this jutsu I imagine a weaker water version of chidori senbon although I know that they are not water senbon.I tend to like staying mid range and jutsu like this are my bread and butter.I have one question though lets say I were to combo this with chidori senbon what would happen and would it matter if I used the senbon first or the water jutsu?

You want to combo the chidori senbon and the water? If so, you'd have to use the water jutsu first then the chidori senbon since the senbon are considerably faster. The water would gain an electrical property, but also be pierced by your own senbon, since the senbon is a focused raiton, not an unfocused. The water would then fall without any shape manipulation, effectively doing nothing but lowering the rank of your raiton technique. ^^

After a sum of hand seals, you create a ball of water in your hand that is about the size of the rasengan. You extend it outwards towards the opponent and it forms a wall of water that gets sent at them. Nothing terribly fancy, takes a little time, just a meh attack in general. I hate attacks that are so simple, but if connected, would cause amazing damage.

One of the best, if not the best attacks in the suiton ninjutsu list when and if you became a suiton ninjutsu specialist. After forming forty four hand seals, you send your chakra into a water source and form a b-ranked Suiryūdan. You can control the dragon to do a plethora of things really, but I will leave that up to you to do. When your secondary specialty is water, it becomes a-rank. When your primary specialty is water, you form one hand seal and it can become S-rank in power.

Another amazingly versatile technique. Form a hand seal to form an orb of water literally anywhere on the field. The orb then spews out any number of whips you wish it to, that can literally do pretty much anything you ask of them. It is one of my favorite suiton ninjutsu on this list, so use it well. ^^

The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
