Asura can't damage Sakura in anyway at all, especially beyond what she can repair. He gets out-sped and stomped into the ground. He definitely can't tank a single full powered punch from her, he barely survived being pummeled by a Partial Expansion fist and Sakura's punch well exceeds that.

Animal Path gets murdered. Ceberus provides a distraction, but Sakura plows through it and continues her assault on the path; using Katsuyu to fend it off.

Preta gets punched in the face. You actually think it's plausible for him to be able to grab her? He won't have linked vision in a one on one and he has no notable feats to suggest he would be able to catch her or survive this.
