I think he was on par with pre-death prime Madara after obtaining mangekyo EMS so he'd be on par with Hashirama at that point as well. After getting Rinnegan he surpassed him, he was keeping up with Juubi Jin Madara who was the most powerful person in the manga so far during his time.

Hashirama would wreck all forms of sasuke except rinne sasuke and gaiden sasuke... Sasuke has no way to stop mokuton forest in his Ems form... Madara used his fire jutsu's but his are large scale but sasuke aren't large scale so he can't counter mokuton forest with fire jutsu so he and his susano is overwhelmed... And Ems sasuke even if he had PS his miniature PS can't beat the wood golem+Dragon that were stalemating madara's majestic attire susano...there is no need to add in mokuton clones or hashirama's other mokuton constructs and mokuton manipulation... It's an easy win for Hashirama vs Ems sasuke... But rinne sasuke wrecks in 1 sec

Although amaterasu and kagutsushi would give hashi a hard time, I don't see EMS sasuke winning against him.

How??? Sm sensing/reflexes counter amaterasu spam and he would avoid it... So amaterasu and kagutsuchi aren't you going to give him any problem... Sasuke has to get close range and maybe be effective in close combat but Hashirama can make close range battle vs him obsolete with his extremely large scale jutsu's...

Amateratsu isn't as fast as you think. Sure V2 A dodge it with ease, but that doesn't mean you have to be as fast a V2 A to dodge it. He just easily reacted and was fast enough to just move out of sasuke line of sight no sweat.

As you can see in the scan below even the hachibi can move in the time it takes for ama tohit it's intended target. And the hachibi has no precog and isn't know for being fast. I'm sure SM Hashirama or anyone in SM can dodge it.

He constantly has his Rinnegan eye on. If he uses MS/EMS techniques than it makes sense in the non-Rinnegan eye, but for things like Susano'o/Amaterasu, it's a yes.

Amateratsu isn't as fast as you think. Sure V2 A dodge it with ease, but that doesn't mean you have to be as fast a V2 A to dodge it. He just easily reacted and was fast enough to just move out of sasuke line of sight no sweat.

I know them but none of them is as impressive as ay's feat aside from the superior forms of SM.

and regeneration would only slow the burning down until he can get rid of the flames somehow, that is of sasuke doesn't use kagutsushi on the flames before he gets rid of them.
