All Sasuke base can do is come up with fanfic on how Sasuke can beat Kaguya but has no proof.

You asking for proof of how kaguya can beat sasuke? That is beyond stupid. You first have to provide proof of how Sasuke can beat Sasuke. Just reread Madara and Kaguya fight with Sasuke and NARUTO. Did you forget that Naruto did most of the work and assisted him on more than one occasion. No he doesn't have him and although they weren't as important Kakashi Obito and Sakura helped to.

Neither Naruto nor Sasuke are still capable of beating Kaguya alone. Sasuke's mission is simply espionage, to gather intel, not to take on the being by himself in combat. If you think that he's on par with Kaguya just because he can travel through dimensions, then you're not analyzing what he said properly. He uses his S/T a couple times and his chakra is done, reverting him to a helpless target. He doesn't have enough chakra to take on Kaguya by himself.

He can scan dimensions sure. But can he jump them ? Where is this shown ?

Only pain can uses deva path. Mastering a rinnegan doesnt necessary mean you have all the techniques, look at madara for example when he mastered a rinnegan he can only uses limbo pretapath and CT. Chibaku tensei is the most common rinnegan ability to use and I see no reason why sasuke should have DP when thats gonna devalue pain only signiture technique; Its like saying sasuke have madara limbo so it's understandable why Kishi isnt giving every rinnegan user all of the 6 path abilities.

If you still deny it then Show me a manga scan where sasuke actually pull off a deva path
