Edo tensei are immortal beings but Gaara dealt with them. Not to mention he fought kimi as a genin and he had a better defense than Kakuzu even in base. Gaara could seal him or bury him under sand in either situation he loses. Next time read the manga before bullshitting.

You do realize that Kakuzu was still breathing/talking after taking FRS to face right?

Kakuzu winning this fight is solely dependent on his Domu being greater than whatever Gaara can do with his sand.

Gaara sand doesn't have to destroy, it immobilizes.
1 way he can do it is by burying him under sand unless he has the strength and defense of a Curse seal level two Kimimaro he isn't escaping sand tsunami. Unless he has a jutsu that can force his way above 200m below ground he isn't escaping.
2. The easier more likely way is SEALING! If Naruto used FSR on an edo tensei all it would do is delay the battle as an edo tensei can just regenerate however Gaara can defeat an edo tensei even though Naruto can't with a fuuton rasenshuriken. Even if an opponent can't be taken down with force sealing can defeat them. How do you think Minato can beat the nine tailed fox. How do you think Naruto and Sasuke beat an immortal being like Kaguya?

He was able to defend against 5 susanoo quite well and even managed to protect Mei aswell so he can manage against them easy. Remember Naruto who is well versed aginst many opponents said Gaara has the best defense. Not to say that is entirely true but it means something. Kimimaro has great offense and commented on how well gaara can defend and attack at the same time. He easily multitask onmany occasions. Many high tier characters(A,Gengetsu,Rasa,Diedara) Were incapable of getting passed Gaara's defense.

Hmm why would Gaara using sealing on a character he can't crush? That's like asking why Pain used Chibaku Tensei on six tailed Naruto. Come on use your brain, it is clear as day. I have shown plenty of examples of Characters sealing other characters as a means of attack and to take down a character.

Minato vs Kyuubi, sealed kyuubi.
Zabuza vs Kakashi, Water prison nearly beat Kakashi, it isn't a sealing jutsu, but it's still sealing by definition.

Danzo vs Sasuke Danzo tried to seal sasuke but failed due to Susanoo.
