There's no such thing as pure though, the manga never stated incest was practiced amongst them like the Hyuga. Sakura and Hashi are proof that individuals will marry people outside their clan.

Also, Naruto is 100% Uzumaki based on the fact he's a transmigrant, has his mother's chakra and is the strongest member of his clan in their whole history. Black hair is an Uchiha trait but it doesn't mean an Uchiha isn't "pure" because they have brown hair, it's the feats that count
