Chunin level can bind tail beast? I never knew, she easily binded kurama, and survived extraction. Karin tore through Buddha statue like butter, something not even Hiruzen did, orochimaru noted that Karin still wasn't used to this power, not to talk of someone like Kushina who has much better mastery over it than Karin. Anbu level at least

Never liked Temari. Other than Futon technique, her character is horrendous. Konan and Tsunade are the only two I actually like over all as both of them have the character development and feats. In terms of feats alone, minus the characterization then Sakura and Mei.
