Naruto:Only 3 goududamas and a huge portion of chakra gone,also had the intent to not kill but seriously injure...him being weakened due to fighting 1on1 with Kaguya...

Sasuke:New Rinnegan? intent to kill...close to fresh.

Thats pretty much all I could think of to be quite honest but that was balanced out when he took all the chakra from Tailed beasts to make his strongest weapon..

Plus Sasuke had the rock that Naruto fell over when he was dashing towards Sasuke with his Rasengan.."The rock 1-0"

So conclusion

Naruto had the biggest disadvantage.. same as Hashirama not wanting to kill his friend..except Naruto had the intent to seriously injure not kill the entire fight rather than Hashirama deciding to kill Madara..

And the Rock gave Sasuke the upperhand

Sasuke had the beasts...but it was like little to not chakra compared to the amount they normally have.

And Naruto has always had the biggest chakra pool and chakra in each fight so I don't see why using the bijuu once hurts anything. You can say that he borrowed, but honestly that's only possible because of his abilities from his eyes.

Naruto showed up to the battlefield on day 2 of the war.
And on the third day (Nardo's B-day) the war was over. Kakashi was done fighting. Everyone is still in tsukuyomi atm. But Naruto had to go fight Sasuke @ VOTE for almost a whole day.
On the fourth day. Mugen tsukuyomi is undone.

You forget the Kyuubi was eating Naruto's chakra for almost half a day. & Naruto was literally sharing both his & Kyuubi's chakra with the Whole Alliance. Giving them cloaks.

Chakra=/ Stamina Naruto has been fighting the longest.
Even has been straining himself More than anyone because he uses/used Kage bunshins. Amplifying his exhaustion.

Does that matter? They literally died at the hands of Madara which means out of chakra. They were revived then gifted with Hagoromo's chakra. Chakra levels reset.

Naurto gave them cloak was one time thing, he didn't show any fatigue at all means one thing: it doesn't take kurama much chakra. And kurama replenishing chakra ever since this whole time

He did it 3 times. 4 times if you count when he gave K11 BM cloaks. (It was just K11 though.)

Naruto has shown plenty of fatigue (huffing & puffing) in the war, but he's managed all the way
