Good Evening everyone. It has been a while since I have made a serious theory thread so I am going to try and dive right in. This thread is on the FV for the Boruto Movie.

There is something that i noticed about this kid. (He does look like a kid btw) This kid is wearing the Uchiha collar, none of the Ootsutsuki wear that collar. It is something unique only to the Uchiha. Now who has an Uchiha fetish? Something that also makes me think this character is more modern is that he is weaing a black glove on his left hand. The glove gives him a more modern feel.

Something I also wanted to point out is that this Gaiden is supposed to lead up to the Boruto movie.

Questions answered
Now to answer some questions,

First who is this kid?
This child is possibly a Shin clone using Kaguya's DNA.

How did Shin get Kaguya's DNA?
Well at the very least i can confirm that Shin was on the battlefield somewhere. How? Well this.

Below the little Shins are little mini Juubi's. Everything that had any connection to Kaguya disappeared when Naruto and Sasuke undid the MT.

Ppl have stated this, but some guy seemed to have been in Kaguy's dimension along with Naruto and Sasuke. (Could be an art mistake though, but Shin does have access to Kamui. If Kamui is a world that is shared among users then if Shin was inside Kamui during and MT and then when Obito synced the Kamui world to Kaguya's world Shin would have been able to travel there as well.) :|

How could a Shin Clone be stronger than Kaguya?
Simply put he isn't...alone. The Shin in the manga right now can use a jutsu to clone himself, well what if a Kaguya Shin had this jutsu and created several of himself?

An army of rikudou powered byakugan/ rinnegan users would definitely be enough to scare Kaguya.

Why did Kaguya create the army waaaaaayyyy back then if Kaguya Shin was only to come into existence in the future?
There is a possibility that Kaguya could see far into the future like Gamamaru and was simply preparing for what was to come. Kaguya created an army upon seeing the vision. The army was destroyed when she was sealed the first time and so when she was reawakened Kaguya once again presumed her preparations for the coming threat.

I would very much like your input on this theory. Let me know what u guys think. =D

Meh possible, but the fact that he can clone himself doesn't put him above kaguya though, since she's simply way stronger. Having two burrowed rinnegans does not put you above the strongest even if it'd an army.

Plausible theory, shin clone with Kaguya dna would be too op for Kaguya to handle. Shina clone are similar to white zetsu army clone afterall

How would he obtain the rikudo power? More importantly, And even if you're correct, it takes much time to create those if they die so we can assume that their creation alone takes much time, it's like saying an army of rikudo senin would beat kaguya which is bit.......you know..........obvious.......

They may have split the chakra fruit in half,and ate it. Then later on for some reason they got into a dispute, and fought each other, which led to him losing most of his power, and or being sealed off.

Your theory doesn't completely match up to what Sasuke said. From investigating remnants of Kaguya he said that it was a Ninja who created the White Zetsu Army long ago, and from that he formed a hypothesis that there was a threat even greater than her.

So this guy has been around since Kaguya's time, meaning he can't be Shin. He even has the same markings on his forehead as Kaguya, which is probably a symbol of the Ōtsutsuki clan.

Well Shin has had 12-17 years i think sooooo..........that should have been enough time. Anyway a clone of Kaguya should have her chakra though no where near its amount, but it should at least should have rikudou chakra, but yeah an army of rikudou Shins could overwhelm Kaguya.

That's besides the point of this thread however, but going off that, I think that shin, being an experiment of oro, had a purpose that he did not agree with. Oro created these clones that all have their own thoughts and shit and i think this one goal's, father shin, are more in line with someone else. That someone else is the villain that sasuke talked about and probably the one shown in the poster. Somehow shin came in contact with him and left oro to work towards his ambition. That would explain why shin seems far from being as impressive as kaguya, cause he is not the villain sasuke referred to.

The only thing is that Shin simply wants war. :| He doesn't really have ambition. I wouldn't even get what would be the point of someone already stronger than Kaguya even using someone like Shin.

They aren't natural Uchiha. Probably can't even use susano'o which is an expression of the Uchiha's chakra

As 707 is coming extremely close, the first cover page of it revealed the villain for the upcoming Boruto: Naruto the Movie.

It seems to be an individual from the Otsutsuki Clan, etched with Rinnegan across his body and the palm of his hands.

I will continue to report on this as we go on.

Update: He is connected to Kaguya Otsutsuki and is the confirmed threat that Sasuke predicted during the course of Naruto Gaiden.

It saids this guy has a connection to Kaguya herself.

He needed an Uchiha's body so he could handle/master the Sharingan. Otherwise he'd be like Kakashi who couldn't deactivate the Sharingan, and became very exhausted from using it.
