They will probably give Bolt some ass pull power up. Even though he isn't anywhere near a Kaguya level + foe like this guy. I'm Keeping my expectations low. This guys going to be heavily restricted, he won't use rinnegan effectively like all rinnegan users and he will be defeated by Tnj jr.
