This isn't the 1st time it has been shown without tomoe. Look at the following panels:

1. Sasuke's famous "yeah sorry" panel
2. The panel of Sasuke drinking a soda or just sitting and chilling there in "The Rest" (the omake manga panels that went with "The Last")

3. A few times during the battle with Kaguya (sorry I don't remember the specific panels)

4. When Sasuke was analyzing Madara's limbo.
5. When Sasuke was trash talking Sakura and Kakashi when the infinite tsukuyomi got casted.

Where can I read omake panel "The Rest"? Please can you give me the link?

If they lost Rikudo chakra which is totally possible seeing as how they dont have the seals anymore. WHO GIVES A ****. That is better, Naruto has always been better when it worked on smaller scales. Everything is so much more balanced.

Well, if they're going to have to fight someone "scarier than kaguya" There's no way they can beat this person unless they got stronger since vote not weaker. Unless you're fond of your villains being defeated by illogical asspulls by characters that should get fodderized in seconds if not for plot armor.
