This is a battle fought with the eyes... Danzo vs MS Kakashi!

Both have 3T precog and can match each other's speed. Kakashi is more skilled in close combat but Danzo only beeds to land a mutual strike, and he'll just respawn with izanagi. With just one touch Danzo can place his seal on Kakashi and immobilize him allowing for an easy kill.

Danzo wins mid-high difficulty. Clones do nothing but waste chakra since Danzo will kill them off and defuse lightning clones with his fuuton blade. Kamui can hold off Danzo a few times but Kakashi can't keep that up for ten minutes. Baku is not doing anything either since it can just be warped away.

danzos ninjutsu onslaught will go unchallenged by kakashis arsenal, leaving little opportunity to set up kamui.
kakashi can't counter baku safely, as danzo can retaliate & set up the trap from a free position whenever kakashi retreats underground. and sharingan can read the clone feints(intent, spawn & see chakra underground) w/ plot shenanigans turned off.

). Pre War arc Kakashi could perfectly warp not one but two Susanoo arrows in a single row with his long range Kamui, please note that when the two arrows were already close to him Kakashi still had to activate the Mangekyo and aim and open and close the warp (

); so Kakashi's long range Kamui is a lot, a lot faster than Danzo's Izanagi; basically Danzo has no chances and Kakashi solos him with ease, and that's pre War Arc Kakashi.

War Arc Kakashi has even better feats with Kamui, such as warping head sized objects in the same window of time of Obito's intangibility and of a movement of 5 cm from KCM Naruto, human sized masses so fast that people with full knowledge and top notch reflexes boosted by Mangekyo Sharingan and Rinnegan vision couldn't perceive the warping happening in front of their eyes (namely Obito ofc), giant sized masses in the meantime of the instant summon of the Summoning Jutsu (Gedo Mazo's giant arm while Madara was already summoning it, with Minato helpless and asking Kakashi to doing something and Madara praising Kakashi's dojutsu skills) ; not to mention Kakashi is far faster, versatile and smarter, he would outmanouvre Danzo and trick him anyway; he also has the stamina to finish the fight even if it drags too much.
