It's not cool to body shame big or small people. It's really not helpful and you're probably hurting those people feelings. You can have health problems if you are big or small. It's also not okay to shame people bodies to make yourself feel better about your body. If you're concerned about someone body shaming is not the way to help. I'm 5'0 and 134.I'm considered overweight according to the BMI scale. I eat healthy and execrise.
As you can see me the one with the dress.I have some health problems(sarcasm)

You don't get it do you?
"I eat healthy and exercise" That's great, continue to do that, as long as you are aware that being overweight/obese without eating healthy or exercising isn't something to glorify and be socially accepted.

You know the health risks associated with being overweight/obese which is good, as long as you are trying to keep a healthy lifestyle that's all that matters. Even if your weight isn't going to where you want it or where it's supposed too don't stop having a healthy lifestyle.

By the way be expecting some sexual comments due to your figure (This is a compliment don't take it negative lol)

Yea it really isn't good to glorify someone that is hurting themselves. I'm glad you explained yourself better here.

It's about weight.

oh.

its true, a lot of the time, people only consider super well toned bodies to be attractive. i guess I'm kind of the odd one out, since i think having a little weight on you is fine. and actually, super muscular people are very unattractive to me, it just doesnt look... normal.

however, obese people are... very unattractive.

If you're fat, you're fat don't know why it would hurt to hear other people say it.....you are what you are, don't like it? Change it.

If you have a medical problem (which tbh is really quite rare) then you should learn to not care what other people say as the people close to you will know the deal.

Adolphe Quetelet created the BMI in 1835. He was trying to tie 19th century body statistics to 19th century sociology. It measured ideal weights from that time period based on height and weight. It has only had a few changes over the last 180 years. Ideal weight is also cultural. In Europe the fashion industry changed the ideal weight around the mid to late 1960s. Look at the difference between Marilyn Monroe and Twiggy. Both were *** symbols, but between the late 1950s and late 1960s perception changed due to fashion industry and what became heroin chic. Just be yourself. Negative people will find a way to shame others for any reason, even if you were the "perfect" body weight.

Good, you eat healthy and exercise, that's all most of the so-called bullies are trying to make other fat people do, it's about bringing awareness that being fat is unhealthy and should be avoided, aslong as they know that then we're ok but glorifying being unhealthy is what I'm opposed to.

My deal is that I don't look at a bigger or smaller person and deem them healthy or unhealthy. I'm all for everyone being healthy but I try not to judge a person from how they look and make an assumption off of that. People like to assume my mom isn't healthy because she is tiny but she has a high metabolism so she doesn't gain weight fast.

Body shaming will always exist. It's more of a self-esteem issue our society has. People don't need others to shame them to develop eating disorders.

It was never suppose to be medical. He was a sociologist/mathematician. It was measuring people of his time's perception on what the ideal weight to height proportions should be. People attribute overweight to unhealthy, because some overweight people are unhealthy. Of course some thin people are too. It's just social programming and correlation.
