That isn't true. I don't see Base Naruto wining a fight against Lee or Gaara (For example).

Nope, Toneri drains Hinata chakra with one of his orbs before Naruto jumps in. He does the same to naruto at the end. Cant walk up walls when your chakra is drain.

OT: No, in the Last hes strong enough to thrown multiple rasenshurikens, and hes fast enough to save both Sarada and Choucho from a sharingan user in an instant.

Base Sasuke has always been fast,has a sword, can use multiple fire style techniques, and considering that with the Sharingan,and Rinnegan Sasuke can potentially learn/master nearly all jutsu then he surely has learned/mastered alot more techniques during the 12 + year timeskip.

Read what i said to Zoom above, and Shin got away from Sasuke because Sasuke was shocked to see someone wearing an Uchiha crest,and have a Sharingan, and besides, it's not like he attempted to go after him,but couldn't keep up.
