If sasuke unlocked MS after killin naruto in P1 , how would itachi v sas play out?

I'm pretty sure he would have overused it, by not knowing how to use it. Itachi was the one that told him about going blind. Sasuke would also probably be dead because the village would of retaliated at a much greater force if he killed Naruto. Naruto was the only thing stopping Sasuke from being hunter down.

The moment the hidden leaf village kill sasuke will be the moment Itachi set a new definition for genocide by slaughtering every single member of that village.

Yeah because of Susanoo. What would Itachi do once Sasuke unleashes Susanoo curse mark and Kirin. I don't think he'll be able to push Sasuke to unleash Oro without intent to kill.

I want to know wat u think would happen if sasuke took that path , how would the village handle the death of naruto and how itachi would deal with this sasuke.

Sasuke would be able to beat Itachi if that was the case, Orochimaru told Sasuke he has more power in his eyes than Itachi so the way I see it Sasuke 3T>Itachi 3T and Sasuke MS>Itachi MS (talking about mastery of their Sharingan). Sasuke was slightly slower than Itachi but with MS he would be able to predict Itachi's moves better than with his 3T. Sasuke's chakra also increased when he got MS so I see Sasuke at least out lasting Itachi (CM would add senjutsu to Sasuke's jutsus making them stronger so we can see Senjutsu Susanoo like in war arc.

As for Naruto, I see Tsunade sacrificing her life to revive Naruto like how Chiyo revived Gaara when he died for an hour or so. This would cause the village to look for another Hokage which most likely be Jiraiya. Jiraiya didn't want to be Hokage but I see him taking the role so Danzo wouldn't. That also means Sakura wouldn't be trained by Tsunade so she might ask Kakashi to which would be good since he can train her in ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu.

What does this have to do with ITachi wanting to seal Oro. MS Sasuke would have easily given Itachi a harder time.

I second this you think training wouldn't have helped Sasuke's ability to use the MS
Second already has more endurance and a higher Chakra reserve
On top of that Itachi used his MS for years before that fight and still had some eye sight. Sasuke wouldn't have had his long enough or have had enemies that forced him to use it

Considering the strain it put on Itachi to use MS, had Sasuke walked in with one it would have lasted 10 minutes, ultimately with Itachi collapsing from exhaustion.

With out that tap on the forehead Sasuke would have most likely become Madara 2.0

Sasuke wins high Difficulty. Both would have V4. But Sasuke has the advantage of higher reserves. He outlasts him. Itachi won't be able to maintain V4 for long.

Oh yeah, I forgot: Sasuke has Senjutsu. This is a low-difficulty win. As Stabilized V3 was equated with BSM Avatar. V4 with Senjutsu is tiers above Itachi's V4. Sasuke creates Iso Susano'o - Kagatsuchi coating - fueled with Senjutsu chakra and fires Senjutsu charged Magatamas at him.

They hit Yata and bounce back, but it won't do a thing to Sasuke's V4; they will simply become a part of Susano'o. Once that Susano'o goes down, then Itachi is done. It's a matter of seconds actually.

P.s: Sasuke didn't unlock MS by killing Itachi. He unlocked it by listening to the truth.
