What changes in the manga would have made Sakura a likable character?

For being the main heroine in the manga, Sakura gets bashed a lot. People compare her with side characters, which tend to degrade her main character status.
What do you think would have made her respectable character?

According to me, she was portrayed useless in Part-1. And in Part-2 she was trained under Tsunade and her skills improved drastically. If she was developed the way like in her fight against Sasori, she would have made an amazing character. But instead, Kishi ruined her potential. He never addressed on her genjutsu prowess, which was highlighted in Part-1.

I would like to know other's opinion on what would have made her a better character.

Not yelling SAUCEKAYYY every five minutes. But seriously I think Kishi forgot all about her Genjutsu prowess, there could have been hundreds of edits with her character (for the better) when you really think about it. She was still awesome in shippuden.

She is just an entitled idiot for the most part if you ask me, that's what bothers me most about her character and makes her unrelatable to most of the people imo.

Get over Sasuke, like Ino did. Her love for Sasuke was first superficial then Kishi forced her love into having a meaning. It's like he tried to give her a bond to Sasuke like Naruto but obviously it's not as strong as Naruto and Sasuke's. to be honest SS has ruined Sasuke's character so far in the Gaiden series

- Tone down her temper against Naruto (especially in the anime)
- Have her develop her own personal/unique skills instead of ripping everything off of Tsunade
- Lash out against Sasuke for once in her life.

- GET. OVER. SASUKE!! Sasuke was literally a poison to her character and it showed when he was around vs when he wasn't in Early Part 2.

- Expand on her background, "popularity" and "what the fans think of her" be damned. Maybe she comes from a civilian clan, which would explain her lack of techniques and initially low chakra reserves, and wanted to become a ninja for some reason. Maybe she was held for ransom and wanted to learn to protect herself better, maybe she got saved by a ninja and wanted to become one, who knows, but that would've been fine.

- Expand on her Genjutsu hype.

- Give her more fights, maybe she could've fought a Path of Pain or Konan, she wouldn't even have had to win. Kakashi didn't.

That really would've been fine to me. People also comment on her temper to Naruto, but I actually like that as is. Probably because I love Tsundere characters lol.
