It is. Originals is an amazing series that far surpasses TVD in my opinion, but as L said, if you want to understand the story a little more then watch until season 4. The vampire diaries is kinda the same as the twilight (romance related). Originals is more brute, there isn't allot of romance and BS that TVD has. Or you could watch a summary on youtube so you don't need to watch TVD... Or check TVD wikia.

But both series are better if compared to the twilight saga.



Can't imagine Elijah in the Ganmi clan though, but who knows. Welcome to the clan and put him to good use! Nice bio nonetheless ^_^

Not cool, you can't even compare them because TVD is actually enjoyable. The Originals is badass, but now it's just a family problem, if it's not the mother or the father, it's the sister, then the brother, now the aunt etc. Always a relative out to get Klaus. I'm liking the TVD storyline a lot more interesting than Originals in the current episodes, with the time travel and Damon's Mother, Bonnie's story, etc.

First two seasons of Originals were great though. Nice bio L.
