The real argument should be borrowed power vs taken powers.

So Naruto, nagato, obito have borrowed powers, but madara sasuke kabuto danzo all had taken powers is that what you mean.

So here on NB power mean ~

A source of power given without the user knowing is borrowed power
A source of power given/taken by the user, completely knowing that this power doesn't belong to him in the first place.

You're forgetting a crucial mangafact. Naruto was poisoned by a certain fodder's kunai, so he would've negged sasuke in a nanosecond than dropped dead from the poisen.
