Adult Sasuke has fought numerous battles against the likes of Kaguya, Madara and the juubi. And not one panel has actually shown a sign of disbelief. Yet against a teenage kid with 3 tomoe Sharingan he basically was like he saw a ghost and eventually run to inform Naruto.

Yeah he looked like he saw a ghost. I don't see what the problem is. The last Sharingan user died like 20 years ago, and then a new one jus appears before him. Also it should be noted that he looks like he was probably born after the Juubi was sealed. That means that it is likely that he has parents who have Sharingan as well (at least in Sasuke's mind because he doesn't know about the cloaked guy). He also looks nothing like an Uchiha.

Why wasn't he shocked when he saw Madara back at the war arc?
Why wasn't he shocked when he saw the Juubi for the first time or other situations?

I know he's not Madara, but Sasuke is character that has be shown numerous times to ignored daunted situations. Yet I still don't get why he was shell shocked when he saw Shin. I don't tell me because he saw him with the Sharingan!

Who know a lot about experiments? Well orochimaru and kabuto. Sasuke knows that that snake can do a lot of crazy thing and that he's dangerous, i would be shocked if i were in sasuke's shoe.

Also could it be that he knew the plans were to revive the Ten Tails and he just didn't care?

This is different him seeing unknown Uchihas is totally different from seeing revived Uchihas.

Like I said earlier, Sasuke has been expose to many things which I would consider impossible and even wierd. Although I could agree with this actions seeing Shin Uchiha, but going as far as reporting it to Naruto is irrelvant. Shin is a fodder and foddesr doesn't need the Hokage attention for crying out loud!

I don't agree with op, but you fap sasuke far too much. Sasuke definitely isn't weak, but he didn't do anything about this guy. He should have put him under a genjutsu at the least, or use the rinnegan's technique to interrogate/question shin.
