Sasuke Is Scared.

For the first time in probably years, Sasuke is facing an unknown threat and he has a hunch he'll encounter someone really strong. He has no idea what he's walking into so he called his best friend, the grand solo champion, the protector of the world, Naruto Uzumaki.

Now I'm not saying Sasuke is spooked and super afraid but if he's so worried that he needed to summon Naruto after 15 years alone then the danger is real and he may need help.

You can't deny that he did not call Naruto for help, but Naruto knows exactly where to meet up with Sasuke, and judging the reaction from Naruto when Sasuke sent his hawk, he rarely calls for help or contacts them if it is not a serious cause.

I wonder why he needs Naruto's help to talk with Orochimaru though. You would think Sasuke/Orochimaru would be sort of close, considering how Orochimaru talked of him so highly during the War Arc

It's called Teamwork - Sasuke sent out info to Naruto because he is on a mission for Konoha, and is working with them.

One of the main themes of the manga is teamwork, not trying to handle everything yourself. That is what Naruto taught Sasuke after their battle, and Sasuke decided to work with Naruto. Now that we see him working with his friend, you're using that to act like he's scarred despite deactivating his Sharingan when he knew he was about to be attacked?

I doubt he or she actually thinks Sasuke's scarred, but it's always nice to counter people with logic.
