Hard to say might have to go with Itachi and Shisui due to the fact that that they both have dual mangekyo sharingans. Also Kakashi has repeatedly stated that he doesn't have the same stamina as an actual Uchiha when it comes to the sharingan.

oh wow, they figured him out. Did they win? No! They both died, they didn't last 2 minutes. Not to mention obito was toying with them for the most part, letting them hit each other. He only used 1 jutsu as well.

physically they could keep up with them. win? no, but abc argument isn't very useful so

point is it wasnt just "kamui gg", they could react to kamui, figure it out, and attempt a counter attack of their own. since itachi/shisui are both smarter, faster, and have better reaction time than those anbu, close ranged kamui shouldnt be much of a big deal.
