Unfortunately, power levels have nothing to do with genjutsu. Neither does strong will. It's up to the ability of chakra control and simple uchiha genes. It was stated that higher levels of genjutsu are unbreakable unless from an outside source.

And kakashi even said itachis can't be broken even with assistance.

Not quite. Only the Uchiha Forbidden Ranked Genjutsu usually require special circumstances to break. Like Tsukyomi. I can see Bleach and DBZ folks falling pray to this or Izanagi, etc. All the others though can be broken by disrupting the chakra flow to the brain. Doesn't seem like a hard task for DBZ or Bleach characters given the fact that are constantly adjusting their Riatsu (bleach) Power levels (DBZ) for various occassions.

But I do agree the Forbidden ones would pose a problem for the other 2 verses.

Their genes can help resist but I never said uchiha were immune to genjutsu or that they were the only ones who could break genjutsu.

Gerkak's point still stands though. you say scientific manipulation of the oppenents' energy/chakra. All 3 universes require chakra/riatsu/power level or Ki manipulation to perform any of their feats.

Goku uses Instan transmission to teleport to a certain position before striking, like Flying thunder god without the markers. He also uses this to read minds like he did Krillin. This is chakra/riatsu/Ki control.

If Goku can read minds he can break/resist genjutsu.

You do realize Goku is Psychic yes? (instant transmission?) As I stated above, this is akin to the Yamanaka's own abilities giving him the type of sensor in the Narutoverse. He and Vegeta don't need a power gage to sense energy levels.

Translated to the naruto verse would make them both sensors meaning they can detect and release genjutsu. even of Itachi's calibur who is nowhere near either of their power levels sorry to say.

Being a sensor doesn't mean you can release genjutsu because you can detect it about to occur. Furthermore, you can't sense itachi using genjutsu... Ao during the war said itachi can use genjutsu even undetectable to sensors and he is the only one capable of that so goku ain't sensing shit.

Toad song is sound genjutsu that paralyzes the body so that doesn't apply to this thread since its about visual genjutsu that attacks the mind.

Also itachi, madara nor sasuke would allow toads to take 30 minutes and hide to perform the song... Jiraya ma and pa his from 3 pains to pull of that jutsu so its inapplicable in an actual fight that doesn't consist of cowardly hiding

So are you saying DBZ characters lack ki control? Or are you gonna say that it isn't the same as CC when you accept that genjutsu affects them in the first place. Mind control has been resisted, dabura was controlled by babidi, his power dwarfs any and all characters in the NV, vegeta was able to resist it not just through will power but also the use of his ki.

This shows that DBZ characters know how to handle such things, I don't think they would have any problem against mere illusions from far weaker foes.

Scientific manipulation? Lol since when is chakra scientific? I confused nothing, as stated above vegeta was able to use his will power and ki to resist babidi's control, the focus was his mind seeing as how he was clutching his head.

With enough skill and power the illusions of the NV stand no chance.

Shows how much you know, toad song isn't just a paralysis genjutsu, it is a genjutsu that paralyses the body and mind that is why it can't be defeated. The opponent isn't even able to move and their minds function only in the illusion world. All genjutsu attack the mind, not just visual genjutsu. The only difference is the medium used.

2. Majority of HST characters have insane durability & stamina, itachi would die of chakra exhaustion before he caused many of them to be unable to fight.

3. There's nothing to prove that itachi has the ability to see shinigami, therefore he can't do anything to majority of bleach characters.

Out of the HST, he's ranked pretty low.

He only said 95% rather than 100% over speculation. Truly there is no one in Naruto that can resist genjutsu on the person being applied to level. Most characters in all publications have been affected mentally by an outside source. I.e. Majin Vegeta was being controlled.

Truth is everyone is vulnerable to mental assault if its equal or above their power

We're having a discussion and i'm asking for you to explain your statement as to why they need chakra.

Of course, there's other anime characters that have unique brains And special/different nerves than normal.
