Again that scene isn't classified as a weak-willed when he actually lost something precious to him (the lives of the shinobi), Sasuke is more cold hearted in that aspect, he could of witnessed someone dying before him and he would not have bashed an eyelash. Anyone would of felt that way if you had promised to keep someone safe, and they died.
