just because he didnt use it in the last doesnt mean anything he didnt use bsm did he lose that? no. he just didnt need to because its too op and wouldve killed toneri which he didnt want to do because he has to redeem every villain he fights *rolls eyes*

Because he did, there's no logical reasoning for Naruto to have that ability. Not to mention he lost the bijuu which is directly tied to RSM. Then there is the fact that Naruto lost his perfect jin status, as the trap genjutsu locked Naruto in the genjutsu for the longest while Sakura was either not effected at all or broke out relatively quickly.

naruto never HAD the bijuu in the first place but could still use their chakra the genjutsu was either plot, him not wanting to wake up, or just that strong. hes a perfect jin still no reason to deny that

Maybe because The Last was shown before the introduction of RSM, so to spare the audience any spoilers, they didn't put it in the film. Plus, from my understanding, Naruto receiving the Sages yang chakra blossomed his own chakra to be RSM, its a awakened power similar to Ashura's chakra blossoming or Sasuke's sharingan awakening to rinnegan I'm pretty sure RSM was a permanent fixture onto Naruto, because if its not, there is no reason for Sasuke to activate rinnegan anymore either.
