Married? I guess you forgot Sasuke left the village immediately after the fight he had with Naruto. There was no time for any sort of wedding, yet alone anytime for them to get to any level of romance. Thats impossible.Karin already has a lesser fanbase than Sakura and no matter what SS still leads in popularity for some wacked up reason even over NH in Japan.So its not gonna happen.SK has an even lesser following than NS too

Japanese people love beautiful characters, incest, and Man v. Man over what we US prefer "the norm". KakashixIchiraku is still a more popular ship than even NS today XD

Honestly nothing can hurt their popularity over there. But the SS(Japan) reaction to the manga chapter wasn't really good either.

So then how does he even plan on fixingss up? If ss os gonna happen, i dont see any point in that karin stuff. Then again, he did have naruto make that comment to minato and there was the cpr too even though NH was gonna happen.
