Ah. You loose. THey are different eyes in this case. Nagato and Obito were both using Izuna's eyes, which would have the same powers. Sasuke was using Itachi's, whic would have different ones. You also seem to thing that the 6 paths are a set, you cannot have one without all the others. This isn't true, of course. They are just the powers used by Nagato.

Manga Stated that Madara teached Obito the paths, and the only reason Obito never used them was to not waste chakra.

Is it me or did Sasuke only use the jutsu that he saw? He never saw Madara use the human, outer or azura path. But he did see deva, animal and preta path (and those are the ones he used)

AND even though he did get very familiar during his Kushina fight, Kishi NEVER said that Sasuke was 100% familiar. He didn't master it AND he only had one. Surely that has something to do with it, right?

By that logic, Naruto doesn't have RSM anymore since he didn't use it in the Last. It also means he doesn't have Biju chakra anymore, since he only used Kyubi chakra in his final fight
