Now that the manga ended, it is time to do the math

I don't really remember a fight between them that was serious as their VOTE fights. Naruto v. Sasuke in early Shippuden was pretty one sided, with Sasuke demonstrating his growth and overall playing with Naruto, and Naruto barely fighting back and just standing there.

The second time when Naruto saved Sakura from getting cut, that was also pretty lame seeing how they only stalemated and talked for a bit. The other examples don't really matter to me because they were children and barely graduates of the academy.

Why won't they matter.Naruto willingly went to Oro's hideout to fight Sasuke and lost.The first fight was a serious one,as it was a duel lesson by Iruka but yeah the second one wasn't really a fight.

It doesn't matter what he did since a majority of the world think he's a prick and should die. He saved the world but he won't be acknowledged for it.

Naruto and Kakashi had to flex their fame and respect and get Sasuke off the hook for his attempted murder of all the kages and killing danzo.

Honestly. Naruto is always picking up after his little brother.

Who saved Naruto's ass from IT.He covered him with his PS.
And he was forgiven because he was also a hero of shinobi war,even with his rogue state.
Still doesn't change the fact that Sasuke was the better fighter in all these battles.

Last I checked there was only a bridge from a poor contry which got his name. Unless you're counting his own taijutsu/kagebunshin combos which he named after himself.

Lets not forget that Sasuke's decision to help SA along with him reviving Orochimaru/Hokages. And undoing IT. No doubt they're not worth mentioning

He might of went there to fight Sasuke but did he actually fight Sasuke? If I remember correctly Sasuke shushind towards Naruto and wrapped his sword around his neck, and Sai stopped that. I don't even know what Naruto was planning to do with that seeing how he looked more phased than anything. Next, Sasuke entered his mind and stopped the Kyuubi's chakra from leaking onto Naruto, and then the rest of the fight proceeded with a Chidori nagashi (that may have been before), and with Sasuke backing up and setting up what may have been Kirin. I did not really see Naruto try, so that's why I feel like it was a one sided fight.

He was forgiven due to Naruto and Kakashi's influence. Not because he was a hero.

Better fighter doesn't matter, he wasn't the better person. He lost to Naruto in the most important battle of all. A battle of wills:

Yeah I believe Naruto was drastically tired too, which just makes it look more of a waste. I don't think Naruto would of been capable of standing up to him anyway. He was far too inexperienced for that level of shinobi.
