Using my half-done and rusty Japanese, I could read a bit of Nagato's profile.

Says something along this line (forgive my poor Japanese if I translate wrongly):

- Has "God's eyes" which makes him invincible to "chakra" (ninjutsu?) can tackle most fighting styles, (taijutsu?) and also immune to "all eye illusion" (visual genjutsu?)

- Selected by Madara because of Uzumaki extreme chakra and can handle "2 eyes open". Near Bijuu chakra levels.

- Good in all fighting styles, "nin" (jutsu?), "tai", "gen"

- High "yang reserves" (??????) "giver of life"

- Very "fast" intelligence (?) keen mind, knows "thousands jutsus" (of jutsus?)

- Can sense "energy" (chakra from sensor type?) from miles away

Pain Rikudo operator/manipulator, Akatsuki's leader, Nagato. Nagato's power can save the world (Nagato the last airbender lol)

Talks about how he wanted to protect his friends and how his despair at their lost fueled him to want to save the Shinobi world, basically shit we already know. Has the power of the Rinnegan, Rikudo's power, that makes him like a God.

The rest I skimmed through, but it mostly just talks about the pain he suffered, becoming a "god", bring pain to the world, and meeting Naruto.

I literally see nothing in there about Rinnegan being immune to visual genjutsu and all that others hype stuff. Actually don't see much hype for Nagato outside Rinnegan being Rikudo's power and power of a god. Granted I don't know where they were getting that hype from so perhaps it's in another entry on Nagato somewhere in the book or one of his Jutsu entry, but I don't see anything of note here.

It is not so much about 'genjutsu' in particular but an illusionary technique /weapon. Totsuka affects a Rinnegan user too granted that Sasuke's Rinnegan is different than Nagato's

A spiritual weapon and an eye technique are different. There is no corelation shown in manga. I don't even know why you are comparing Totsuka and IT when they are basically different.
