In no way shape or form does she manhandle Sakura and the only reason she got the best of Sasuke was because of his previous fight with A and the over usage of MS.

Mei was the weakest of the Kages when they fought Madara, Tsunade = Sakura in terms of battle.

The manga proves that Tsunades foots speed > Mei's hand seals.
