The Tenseigan is powerful dojustu, theres no denying it. Its just that Toneri is nothing but some weak fodder unicorn :|. Got solo'd by base Naruto BSM punch.

You're saying that experience has everything to do with taking out Toneri and gave a suggestion that naruto may have used RSM to fight Toneri without TSB, because he has done it before.

People already believe that RSM had no part of this, but you can't fly without using RSM in the first place.

As long as you can explain that RSM naruto was used, you'll reach an arguable understanding with the viewers.

There are still some people who believe BSM naruto and EMS Sasuke can beat rikudou Obito, even right after dropping both of them out of their kyuubi cloak/Legged Susanoo form.

Naruto was never shown flying in any form under RSM until "The Last" (which gives more credibility to the conjecture that Naruto was using rikudou power). As for the Hamura question, Hinata replenished Naruto's chakara with Hamura's chakara, but I don't know if this became a full on power up.

Yes. The Kurama avatar was actually out fighting Toneri's statue. Therefore it was in fact BSM. Even if Kurama hadn't been out, the cloaked mode is still known as bijuu mode (or Kurama link mode).

He was flying, that is an ability of Rikudo mode. again, like I said above, Naruto doesn't need to be in Rikudo Sage mode to use the mode's powers, as was shown here

He dodged Raikage one time. Also you're telling me that it makes sense for Narudo to not dodge his not even best speed hits, but dodge his fastest form? Sasuke even managed to dodge Ay. He isn't fast its just shunshin with lightning.

KCM Naruto isn't that fast either. Base Sauce (Sharingan doesn't increase speed so it would still be known as base to be logical) was keeping up with Narudo.

Based on this alone, I see Juubito above Toneri. Madara, rsm Naruto, Sasuke, Kaguya, and Hagoromo are out of the question.
