Tunnel vision of raikiri without having the sharingan makes it harder for Kakashi to dodge the counterattack, but the speed which Kakashi uses to rush towards the enemy is the same as always.

Manga showed that the speed he uses while wielding raikiri is nearly the same as 6 gate guy. Maybe not that fast, but fast enough for causing trouble to tsunade.

Imo the conditions aren't needed, Kakashi let a raiton kage bunhsin use raikiri, who doesn't have to worry about the counterattack due to being just a clone, if tsunade should be able to react and counter, the clone paralyze her and Kakashi has enough time to finish her with a second raikiri, fragmenting her.

I think he got respect of her due to her strength and her sannin image, but in a fight to death Kakashi has the better feats imo.

Tsunade charges at Kakashi, given it's her only method of combat. Kakashi backs up, causing her punch to miss, and her hitting the ground sends rubble and dust into the air. Kakashi uses the obstruction of line of sight to hide underground and send a Raiton Clone out in his place. Raiton Clone engages Tsunade for a while, then kamikazes itself and paralyzes her. Kakashi seizes the opportunity, emerging from underground with a readied Raikiri and bisects her, then pierces her skull several times for good measure thanks to full knowledge on Byakugo.

If she brings out Katsuyu, Kakashi can simply Doton and re-emerge with a readied Raiden to chop through the slug before it can split into smaller slugs. Or, he can camp underground and wait out the summon timing.

Kakashi can obstruct line of sight himself as well with Doton / Suiton walls and smoke bombs. He can also use Suitons to push her back to avoid CQC. He can also use Raikiri Wolf to paralyze her from a distance. Kakashi has options, something Tsunade doesn't have and why I believe she loses this.

Kakashi's combat knowladge and analyzing skills are way above Tsunade's. In close combats Kakashi could fool her easily with Lightning clone as he did fool Pein who wields Rinnegan which can see chakra. If Tsunade decides to play Katsuyu card, Kakashi can simply fry it with lightning release. I am no expert at biology but slugs with all mukus and liquid body structure should be weak against lightning.
