My other response still answer this really. NE is really irrelevant unless speaking of the 2 NE RSs, the fusion avatar can do whatever it's components could do: makes TBBs, use rasengans, and now uses RS since it has extra hands to form them. There's no feats of it using anything besides those RSs, but NE has nothing to do with forming it (I want to establish that, since some people tend to throw this around).

Not entirely.
It would be on the same level of strength as the Bijuu Susano'o. It however, would not be able to counter Indra's Arrow without the NE applied.

This is very incorrect. Rinnegan sasuke without bijuu chakra= RSM Naruto hence naruto could only stalemate sasuke because he was low on bijuu chakra as stated by sasuke there wasnt much for him to do. Sasuke with bijuu chakra>rsm naruto. It was clearly shown in the scans he was negging the kurama clones. Kurama only stalemated that indra arrow because of all the senjustu he absorbed. Kurama already knew he would've been blown away if he sidnt send that chakra to naruto in time

I'm pretty sure he means if Sasuke would've absorb more chakra from the bijuu than enough for two attacks, then Bijuu Sasuke > RSM Naruto.. Because Naruto use all he had to stop the attack, while Sasuke couldve gotten plenty more chakra from the bijuu.

Amenotejikara and kill the then exhausted Naruto. I doubt Naruto would use this considering his knowledge of Sasuke's teleportation. I also doubt that Sasuke would be dumb enough to try matching it.

But in all honesty, Sasuke's jutsu seem to be a lot more damaging now. His chidori was capable of vaporizing a large meteor. We don't know his limits.
