If he is unaware that genjutsu disrupts your chakra flow and is unaware he is under genjutsu . HE IS A FAIL SHINOBI/HOKAGE .
Ive seen sakura react to being under genjutsu in a matter of seconds . We all know minatos chakra control is great and refined , his creation of rasengan proves it .

2nd :

What ?? Minato ftg is instant . INSTANT . He is out of range in a matter of ... INSTANT . How is itachi reacting with "crow clones".

- Don't really care about what he's done. I'm not impressed, and none of those accomplishments give him any sort of ability to detect a genjutsu of Itachi's level(or any level really)

- Sakura did so because the genjutsu was obvious. Meanwhile, Itachi was fooling guys like Orochimaru who had the mental ability to create his own dimension, Deidera, and his genjutsu prowess was of such a level that that a DSM Kabuto felt it necessary to SHUT DOWN his eyesight.

Sorry but Minato isn't escaping his genjutsu without intel on Itachi. He has no way of knowing it has even been cast.

- FTG is instant. But any attack he makes is not. Itachi has plenty of time to create clones while Minato is hiding after FTG-ing out of range, or even during an attack
