+ Tobirama is a true boss never failed to impressed me, always able to put up really good fight with someone like Juubito and even saved Minato ass.
+ Tobirama is a total Badass and even he's on the dirt Ground , he's still being USEFUL with helping Kabuto out and even has other technique he wanted to use to save sasuke despite the Chakra Rods sticking him out.
+ Orochimaru respected the 2nd Hokage the most.
+ Madara even Praised Tobirama despite he's not close to full strength in being Edo Tensie form.

+ He is the Progenitor of so many well known respect most Fearful Jutsu in the world Today.
+ Tobirama is known the God of Craftman the Foundation of the prominent world that invented so many jutsu known as the Edo Tensia that causes the war then incomes the Flying Thunder God , Shadow Clones, and this time we get yet another confirmation yet Again that he invented this Soul Forbidden Jutsu that Dan used.
+ Not to mention, his Suiton puts up the top notch to Kisame or the Hozuki clan.

+ Out of the 4 Hokage, Tobirama has shown to be the best Leader in terms of the village when we learned that he was credited as the Hokage that developed the most achievement for the villages organizational system infrastructure and revolutionizing in Ninja System as a "Whole" by establishing organization such as Academy, ANBU, and even created Chuunin Exam.
+ This is a major big deal because once the other villages saw Tobirama creating all these organization and the fundamental in Konoha they MIMIC the 2nd Hokage and they created similar to these organization to their villages.
+ Hashirama and Madara was the creation of the village with the Uchiha and Senju together HOWEVER Tobirama was Able to Overcome the initial clan individualism and unite all these clans men/woman as one united front. Tobirama created the stability in the first place while other new Gen Hokage must maintain it.

+ He created the Konoha Military Police Force which was assigned to the Uchiha Clan though they still b!tch about it being the back which was the main cause for the demise -_-
+ Tobirama gave these Uchiha POWER to be in the police force in order to maintain peace for the village but the Uchiha are always and still complaining and being Over Sensitive.
+ Tobirama establish the Uchiha clan as a Prominent Clan within Konoha itself.
+ Kagami Uchiha admired and respected Tobirama as a Hokage because he understood what's he's doing that the Uchiha clan need to be in this possession in order to maintain the balance for the village.
