Actually, using that jutsu I mentioned in the OP requires mastery of chakra according to the DB. So she did have some kind of training.

They assume BZ's existence determines she can't think for herself, which is obviously false given that she didn't panic when Naruto clone-spammed her and she actually showed the capability to plan as seen when team 7 ganged up on her, and she was coming up with a plan to escape.

Based on how she was shown in the manga, she seemed to be unintelligent.

Based on the DB, she seems to be a genius.

Madara got the same treatment.

Its after Naruto create his clones to fight her and one of them breach into her dimension is the moment that Kaguya turn his motive from using soft method into using killing method.

She want to end her fight fast first by sending them to gravity dimension(many asspull going on here) and after that creating a massive TSB no other way around, but plot hold back that TSB from explode.

She knows how to end the fight effectively and didn't play around like other villains

Kaguya never throwing any of her attack mindlessly, she still has a plan, very effective plan I will say.

Eighty Gods Vacuum attack is good to kill large number of Naruto clones because it has very powerful force and generate powerful shock-wave.

Gravity Dimension is smart move in her intent to kill mode, this dimension can restrict person movement and by using ashbone she can kill Naruto and Sasuke easily.

Finally, creating massive TSB is her last resort to end the fight fast.

She never mindlessly using her own attack. It have strategy in it.
