Sakura can do it as well. Here's how she does it: Sakura has the yin seal, and can stay young as long as she's alive and has chakra. However, once she gets old she will lose it. But here's the thing. Sasuke has Naraka path, and Naraka path heals any bodily damage. See where i'm going with this? Once Sakura is old, Sasuke will use Naraka path to heal her body (old age is damage cause by time, but still bodily damage as it gets worse) and she will be renewed to her young age without the need of the Yin seal.

Sarada can receive the same treatment.

Sakura and Sasuke will continue to do the nasty and have a whole bunch of children to revive the Uchiha clan.

Now, Sasuke will become a legend by spreading peace around the world. Sasuke, but this point, has figured out that Naruto has failed to bring peace to the world, but he won't go to the dark side as he has seen a better way to do it. By becoming a legend, like Hogoromo and his tablet did. Sasuke will become a Nomad with his family and unify the villages to bring true peace. As he gets older, he'll get wiser and eventually surpass Hogoromo in legendary status.
