In Initial Jinchuriki form,Naruto's eyes are fox like,his nails increase two fold and his whisker density increases which are not present when he simply uses Kurama chakra of his own free will.

Neji was going head to head and having difficulties with a Naruto simply using Kyuubi chakra but in Initial Jinchuriki form Naruto is waaay faster and would have wrecked him.Even Sasuke's 2T Sharingan couldnt keep up with him but once it became 3T he started owning Naruto as his Sharingan could see through all his movements now

Not to mention Neji's abilities would allow him to prevent Sasuke from using his CM, stopping Raiton & Katon. VOTE Sasuke lacks the speed and taijutsu needed to fully dodge Gentle Fist, and as we saw w/ Kidomaru, Neji can kill an opponent w/ no less than a few hits if he so desires, so Sasuke can't afford to take ANY HITS, as Neji can make Sasuke weaker and weaker w/ each organ damaged and chakra point closed, making the fight THAT much easier.

Sasuke was going head to head with an opponent much faster than Neji was in One Tail Naruto and was still succeeding in Taijutsu, as well as dodging his attacks.Neji simply cant keep up with Sasuke's 3T in order to block his chakra points or use his gentle fist.The Sharingan comes in very handy in such situations.

Wait, are you saying the Uzumaki are strong despite not ever being known for such ? We saw a typical Uzumaki, and that's Karin and Kushina. Both of them were even raised in the Uzumaki village. The Uzumaki weren't even said to be fighters, they're like the Yamanka clan in that sense. Not fighters.

You mean Hebi Sasuke ? Even in that case, he had CM and Indra's chakra. It's kinda obvious Indra's chkara plays a part in Sasuke's power, given that the three other incarnates are also beyond strong.

Are you having trouble telling the difference between scores and hype ? The difference of the context of both of these statements is completely different and glaringly obvious. Are you gonna tell me statements like what elements the shinobi can use or what rank jutsus are or what function jutsus have are irrelevant as well? I'm almost certain you know that Temari's statment is hype, just as Madara's PS Slash is.

Even if I weren't to use the databook, which I WON'T be doing, Neji has 64 palms/Gentle Fist, which is the Leaf's best Taijutsu style, even more so than Lee's, who ended up kicking Sasuke's ass [admittedly though, he wasn't as strong at that point] and Neji was also able to run 50 M all while having two clean-cut holes in his body within a few seconds.

So it still stands that Neji is superior in speed and taijutsu.

There is no difference other than appearance. Only difference is that one form has Naruto in control, while the other is him being over-run by emotions. Even if I were to say, alright, one is superior than the other, Neji still was able to react properly to Naruto, and, as I said, his speed and taijutsu increased, surpassing even Sasuke's, by the SRA. So if Sasuke has the speed and taijutsu to keep up w/ IJM Naruto, so would Neji.

Sasuke's 3t would not be able to react to Neji's speed and Taijutsu, given that they are both superior. Also, Neji could destabilize or alter Sasuke's movements w/ chakra in order to land hits, even if it's just a graze, it will do lots of damage.

Again, Neji is fatser and better in taijutsu, which is what this fight will ultimately come down to, and he also can use chakra excretions to catch Sasuke off guard, as Sasuke can't predict the movments of chakra w/ 3t.
