Base Kabuto w/o ET versus War Arc Sakura is debatable, but he'll probably win: smarter, skilled in medical ninjutsu and has intel on Tsunade's abilities, which are pretty much the same as Sakura's. Still, Sakura has a chance.

Kabuto was scared of Sakura when he found out she beat Sasori.
Kabuto is not as great as Sakura as a ninja, he couldn't even reach the power of a Sanin he had to steal it.
Sakura > all Kabuto's.
Though DSM wins mid diff. maybe.........just maybe.
