So falling down under the influence of gravity is blitzing now? You have restricted Naruto quite a lot, but he has speed by his side. Kakashi won't be able to react when he uses Gobi's Rasangan to boil the chakra. He's done after that.

Kakashi didn't even blitz Kaguya. Kaguya blitzed Kakashi. Both wanted to attack, Kaguya would've killed him with her attack without Swagbito's Kamui skill. Just look at Kakashi's expression. He was surprised by her attacks speed. He hit her afterwards.

See, if his attack would've been faster than Kaguyas it would kinda make sense. This way? Absolutely not.
