She had a Kyuubi chakra cloak and her seal was still present(which disappears when the user is low on chakra as shown by Tsunade). So to say that she was out of chakra that moment is utter bullshit.

A small amount of Kyuubi's chakra was stated to increase one's chakra by at least three times. The cloaks were starting to disappear once Naruto got Kurama ripped out of him. Remember?
As for Tsunade, she says not enough for medical ninjutsu. Not that she had no chakra. We have seen three times what happens when she is extremely low on chakra.
Yea cuz right before that sakura was healing thee entire shinobi alliance while they were getting There asses kicked by spiral zetsu yea she didn't have a lot of charka at the time. She actually got to rest a lot before saving sasuke
