War Arc Hinata could barely manage a 64 Palms without a pause whilst Part 1 Neji was doing it easily. And she's apparently not capable of Rotation either.

As sad as it sounds, Part 1 Neji > War Arc Hinata.

Okay I know I already answered but I just educated my self on Kidōmaru and his abilitie and I have to say that I could see Hinata pulling off a win high diff. Her Byakugan would allow her to see the arrows, webs and actual physical body (if she can decipher the difference). But she would have to be very offensive and aggressive. And given her displayed abilities I can't say no. Can Hinata rotate?
