Some successful people claim to be able to visualize their goals with their inner mind. They visualize and manifest an image(s) with their inner eye and like that, make their dreams, if not awake, more interesting. Its like a lucid dream but you're awake and see high definition resolution images as you create anything on the spot. I am not capable of this. I can only do it when I smoke weed because it's a psycho-active drug. And when I do, I'm literally shocked by how colorful and dynamic the images become. I visualize a painting of massive gold, and I see every crack, every bump and gap in it. I see the depth in surroundings and people so clear it's mindblowing. It's really as I've heard ppl say it is. High Definition resolution in your mind. I don't know many people who can but they're all women. My girlfriend, a close female friend and I can't remember anyone else atm. My gf dislikes being in public areas mainly because of all the energies surrounding her and she claims that when she accidently touches someone's hand she sees that persons whole life flashing in her inner mind and it scares her to death. My female friend, who is a successful businesswoman tells me she uses that visualization to plan her life ahead and so far, she succeeded all her visualizations. She has 2 masters and 1 bachelor, 3 running bussiness and connections with billionaire CEO's.

Apparently you can train to achieve this visualization by meditating regularly and actually paying attention to what images your mind projects and manipulate it to your will.

So my question is; Anyone familiar with this phenomena? If even by rumor. It's an interesting topic.

Your inner will changes the fate wich ultimately creates your destiny. Yes, you can do anything but is not as easy as it might seem. I belive the mind is powerful enough to somewhat change your surroundings, though not at free will, it works in a completely differently way.

I'm crazy just ignore me хd

I do have a very visual (and vivid) imagination, but haven't used in the guided, focused manner you describe, yet.

I feel you, though, when it comes to Cannabis. I love the way my thoughts are visualized the moment I close my eyes; and how new thoughts sprout and sputter inspired by those images. I'm surprised every single time how content and image work in perfect convergence, literally melting into an entirely new way of thinking, or how at times, I'm thinking purely in images. But again, I've never tried to guide those thoughts into a focused direction the way you describe; I prefer my subconsciousness being in command, showing me what it desires, being overflown by the CEVs; rather than being in command and consciously guiding the thoughts myself.

as a martial artist a big part of my training is mental training. whenever im preparing for a huge fight i prepare my mind as well... i meditate a lot and i imagine the whole situation... i do that a lot, so once the fight actually starts im not nervous at all, since ive already "gone" through that exact same situation like a 100 times already. though i have to say it took me quite a while to get here, and every now and there still are times when this doesnt work.

as for drawing... i dont work that way. i can kinda imagine what the drawing shoudl look like. but many times in the end it looks completely different from what i had expected, though many times its even better that way^^
as for the weed part, nah i dont do drugs... i dont even drink coffee lol and i drink alcohol like once a year XD
but im a very dreaming person. sometimes i find myself sitting, flying around in my thoughts and dreams... ime literally NEVER bored. not even when i have to like wait a few hours for something and there is nothing and no one around, as long as i have my mind im always busy :D

Well, I've read a lot about it while researching all the New Age stuff. I kinda knew where you were getting at as soon as I read the first sentence. Despite my heavy interest, I haven't yet practiced the meditations and all those different mudras yet. It seems to stem from Hinduism/Buddhism, yet New Agers (I'm hesitant on identifying as one considering I'm a huge skeptic) seems to detach themselves from religion (on account of it being misguiding), so same meditations but different results based on intentions (even though one is suppose to acquire a "pure" mindset/soul for both)? Yeah, I think I'll do much more research before attempting any of this stuff. I wouldn't want any of this religious/new age practices ****ing up my soul. Although the possibility of such stuff being real in the first place is also something I'm working out.

My best wishes to you and your girlfriend in the pursuit.

Meditation is very interesting as is this topic. Meditation opens the mind to explore possibilities that are there and possibilities that don't exist because you haven't created them yet. I tried meditation for a few years and it did take awhile to have a great insight of my mind. But I stopped after awhile mainly because as you grow older you don't have the time to Meditate anymore. I would sit down for hours listening to my mind. The effects you are talking about can happen but after a serious mind movement. Honestly man if you smoke weed than you have probably tried Mushrooms? I am just taking a wild guess because how you described the gold with the all the details ie bumps, gaps, and cracks i could not see when i would smoke weed. However, after i ate shrooms every time i would smoke i would get a relapse from the shrooms and see such intense details. Honestly, shrooms even helped me realize and fix the life i was having. It helped me move on with a bad time in my life. I wouldn't do them anymore because i know i dont need them. I already had my major epiphany in life

isn't that the law of attraction
Well, I'm sure its linked, yes. People use it to visualize their goals and simulate ways to achieve that goal. So I've been told by people who achieved remarkable feats.

It's an interesting thought though. It makes sense that most people are living in a dreamstate when it comes to utilizing the potential of consciousness. Maybe there's more to us, internally.

Oh yes, it leaves me even consciously a little surprised when I'm visualizing people I know in perfect detail.

Then maybe you could try it consciously once. Right before you go to bed for example. It doesn't have to take longer than 5 minutes. Maybe you could memorize them and draw it if you're into drawing xd

That's a good mindset you have there. I'm more of the passive, negative thinker. But I am a daydreamer so I do share that trait with you; being able to entertain yourself by daydreaming.

That's perfectly fine, man. You don't have to belief it, it's just some interesting philosophies you come across while looking up new age stuff. It makes you think and visualize from interesting perspectives. All the claims don't have to be taken seriously. Just get the small messages concerning life lessons. Maybe the practical part is not for everyone.

ehm..I think you just might have hit the nail on the head when it comes to the mushroom part. I've had psychedelic truffels 4 times. It's a less intense variant of mushrooms. And it's true that I've been having more vivid visualizations after weed just right after I did shrooms. And long after the last trip.

._. I think you're right.

This is a rather interesting topic. I'm not sure how it relates to this but, I have a ridiculously good memory, both picture wise and just remembering details. Just by meeting someone once I can remember their faces for years (I still remember the faces from people I met 14 years). Likewise I can remember voices, tendencies (like people's habits) and I tend to remember things about people that they sometimes don't remember about themselves. I get most of this from my mom, but I go beyond that in comparison to her. On this topic I am incredibly adept at visualizing things that I think of. Sometimes when I remember my own dreams, I close my eyes and visualize the dream all over again almost to the tee of what it was. Even though I'm not the most creative person, my mind seems to be incredibly imaginative.

I always want to read a lot and expand my mind. Get myself smarter.

Probably get results from all the information I read and knowledge I gain.

Learn new handy skills or life hacks

Reading is like watching tv in the mind.

But I'm to lazy to do that lol
