It's not that I think they aren't strong enough to be there, but if we look only to their overall power, they aren't even close the the likes of Hashirama, Madara, Itachi, Nagato, etc. who truly deserve to be there. Kakashi for example no longer has double MS and Guy dies when he is using the 8th gate. Hell, he can't even fight anymore. How are they in the top 10 then? I don't get it.

Kamui Raikiri is below PS, so it's irrelevant if he doesn't have it, when it comes to PS, they are matched.

Also, Kamui Shuriken is from Susanoo, not Kakashi. So Obito can use it.

Kakashi has all what Obito has but he has his own chakra too as an extra. Plus he's better when it comes making plans and battle tactics. Even if a little but he is certainly stronger. If you can't see this then i can't help you.
Also, kamui raikiri can cut through PS (everything raikiri touches gets into kamui dimension) while Kakashi himself remains intangible. Its clearly superior to any PS in the manga.

Can you please explain why DSM Kabuto and Nagato are above Minato? I mean I know they are, I'm just having difficulties to explain this to some guys on another forum.

Its not a vs thread between the two, it lists characters them based on strenght. Like Kamui Raikiri can be a deciding factor against JJ Madara but Obito lacks it. Therefor Kakashi > Obito in this list.

Kaguya tanked 9 rasenshuriken from Naruto meanwhile Kamui Raikiri went through Kaguya like a knife through butter. PS has 0 chance to tank it as it by feats couldn't even tank one rasenshuriken.

I don't think that kamui raiki work like that , I think that everything the raiki touches gets warped to the other dimension ,if you though about it ,what is the point of warping what you already erased by raiki? !,that doesn't make any sense,alright?
